Cantor Equity Partners VI, Inc. (Nasdaq: CEPS) (the “Company”) announced today the pricing of its initial public offering of 10,000,000 Class A ordinary shares at $10.00 per share. The shares are expected to be listed on the Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol “CEPS” and begin trading on February 5, 2026. The underwriters have been granted a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,500,000 shares offered by the Company to cover over-allotments, if any.
