Life Coach Caroline Cohen Launches New Program Nourish to Flourish Self-Paced, an Innovative Solution to the Weight Loss Trap

Boulder, CO - May 1, 2025 - Certified life coach and thought leader Caroline Cohen is offering an innovative new alternative to traditional weight loss programs with the launch of her self-paced course, Nourish to Flourish. According to a 2023 KFF Health Tracking Poll, over 60% of U.S. adults are actively trying to lose weight, yet concerns around body dissatisfaction and eating disorders continue to rise, particularly among young women. Cohen developed the Nourish to Flourish course in response to this crisis, drawing from her experience as a life coach and her work with clients through The BodyKIND Collective, a platform focused on empowering women.
